1. Conditions for Return / Replacement
Return or replacement requests will be accepted only under the following circumstances:
• Damaged product received
• Defective product
• Wrong size received
• Incorrect item delivered
Generally, all purchases made on shivnaresh.in are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery (sometime this may vary based on the product you purchase; we recommend checking the eligible return window on the respective product page).
To process any return or replacement request, a proper unpacking video of the parcel—showing the condition of the outer packaging and product—is mandatory.
Important: If the outer packet is torn, tampered, or damaged at the time of delivery, do not accept it. Please immediately inform the Shiv Naresh Customer Care Team. Always check the product condition before sharing the delivery OTP.

2. Replacement Policy
• One-time replacement of the product will be provided free of cost.
• If the customer requests another replacement of the same product, the courier/shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

3. Exchange Window
All purchases made on shivnaresh.in are eligible for exchange within 2 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for exchange, the customer must ensure:
• All tags and labels are intact.
• The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
• The item is returned in its original packaging.
• The return request is raised within the 2-day exchange period.
